Will You Finish 2011 FIT or FAT?
Greetings Champion,
There’s less than 10 weeks left to 2011 before celebrating the Holiday Season and preparing for the NEW YEAR.
Do you have a goal for the way you want to finish 2011?
Will you finish FIT or FAT?
In today’s e-zine, you’ll see a link to another FREE VIDEO.
Like the first three videos, I share a few more simple exercises and drills that are part of my own training regimen. In this segment, I’ll be demonstrating the four basic boxing strikes with some details on form and ways to use them as part of your workout routine.
These simple drills are done with no equipment at all and can easily be done anywhere without much space requirement.
The video is only a few minutes long and I encourage you to watch it with an eye for detail and add these simple drills to your workout.
Many people are struggling with low energy and overweight issues, simply because they are in the habit of making excuses.

Inch by Inch is a Cinch…Yard by Yard is Always hard!
Progress in the Martial Arts is a step by step process. If you always strive for positive progress and move forward one step at a time, you’ll always grow in your journey as a Black Belt Champion.
Some people try to make things happen too fast and they expect too much from themselves. These are the type of students than become easily frustrated and usually give up on their goals.
This occurs in the Martial Arts and other areas as well.
Inch by Inch is a Cinch…is a reminder that positive and steady progress happens one step at a time. If you keep putting one foot in front of the other, sooner or later, you’ll walk a thousand miles.
Yard by Yard is Always Hard…reminds us that if you jump too high too soon, you may set yourself up for a hard fall down.
Olympic Gold Medal High Jumpers makes progress in inches and not in yards. Little by little, inch by inch, they raise the bar, making steady gains until they begin to break records.
Martial Arts training is very similar, progress is subtle, gradual and steady. If you keep this in mind, you’ll find your training even more enjoyable and your Black Belt Spirit will stay stronger and last longer.
Think progress…not perfection. Always seek improvement in yourself and train to for positive gain and steady progress.
Whether you are seeking improvements in your fitness, your skill or your confidence, take your time and stick to it until you do it.
If your goal is to lose weight, think one pound at a time. If you stick with your plan, you’ll drop 5-10-15 lbs. Inch by inch is a cinch, pound by pound will make you lean and mean.
Most important…Stick to it…Until you do it!
