TEAM UP TO FIGHT-THE-FAT!
Greetings Champion,
In today’s e-zine, you’ll see a link to a FREE VIDEO that I share
with you a few simple exercises that are part of my own training
regimen. If you’re at all like me, you want to stay healthy and fit,
but you also have other responsibilities and goals in life as well.
The video is only a few minutes long. I encourage you to review
it and add these simple exercises to your daily warm up. They’re
simple and easy to do, they can be done with a weighted ball or
without. You can do them at the dojo, the gym or at home.
Too many people make excuses for why they can’t exercise.
Another reason that America is getting fatter everyday.

Maybe we can’t change the statistics of America, but we change
yours, mine and perhaps those we can influence.
If you want to live a long, healthy and active life, then you should
commit to FIGHT FAT and keep yourself lean, flexible and fit for life.
Besides eating healthy and in moderation, daily exercise is vital to
your long term health, fitness and energy level. Daily exercise not
only reduces stress, it increases your energy and kicks in the
endorphins that make you feel better.
As a very active Kyoshi in the Martial Arts, a husband and a Dad
with a 2 year old son, plus running successful dojos in two different
states and mentoring dozens of other Martial Artists, my day is fairly
busy. This requires energy and focus, one of the core philosophies
that I live by everyday is…
“Everyday I train is a great day, which is why I train everyday!”
Some days are longer, more intense workouts, other days are shorter,
less intense workouts. My encouragement to you is to make good use
of your time, so that you can find pockets of at least 30 minutes per day.
If you’re serious about your health and fitness, commit to attend class
at your dojo 2-3 times per week. If you only make two, then do more on
your off days. If you can only make one class some weeks, remember,
one is better than none.
What you do during your time away from the dojo, is even more important
than what you do inside. Take a few minutes to watch the FREE VIDEO.
I hope you enjoy it and will add these simple drills to your exercise
