Some workouts are longer and more intense, others are shorter, less intense workouts. My encouragement to you is to make good use of your time, so that you can find pockets of at least 30 minutes per day.

If you’re serious about your health and fitness, commit to attend class at your dojo 2-3 times per week. If you only make two, then do more on your off days. Some weeks you may only make one class, one is always better than none.
